Genesis Ian’s new music video!

Hey what’s happenin’ peeps.  So, yeah, firing up the studio once again…it’s the first weekend of Spring, so SwitchFlip/Elix-R’s music dept is back from winter hibernation.  Well, all my musician friends know, we don’t really hibernate, we just marinate our artistic creations and get them prepped for your ears!  Anyhow, so I’m figuring out this studio recording situation for this television project I’m working on with Brad Miskell.  We got a couple of songs cookin’ right now in the elix-r lab, and they’re prepped for the big studio session.  Working with Studios/Engineers can be troublesome sometimes; coordinating schedules, working around times for “the best sound”, etc.  While in search of a backup studio plan, I get a random Facebook (gotta love FB) from an old musician buddy of mine named Genesis Ian.  Man, I haven’t kicked it with dude since he joined my band Comet Vs. Planet on stage for a wild live show in Suburban Philly circa 2000!  Genesis is doing his thing out here in Cali (NoCal and now SoCal) for sure!  Yo, peep this video of my boy puttin’ in mad work with some talented heads here in LA.  He even got Flipmode’s Rah Digga on a joint.  Man, can’t wait to connect with him in the next few weeks for an Elix-R session here in Venice Beach.  Stay tuned my peeps….the ZAMBEZI record is shaping up properly!  Anyhow, enjoy my man Genesis Ian’s diddy above & below!
